I have always had a fantastic experience with Jenee, the owner/esthetician. Absolutely blown away by Jenee's services! **Exceptional Botox Experience – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I am thrilled with my recent experience after purchasing a Groupon for 85 units of Botox. Initially, I had to reschedule my appointment and discovered that my practitioner was in the hospital due to a life-threatening emergency. Despite this setback, I was able to book my appointment for a week later, and it was well worth the wait. Having received Botox for about 20 years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I opted for a lip flip, eyebrow lift, treatments for bunny lines, crow's feet, and the corners of my mouth. The results are fantastic! The practitioner is incredibly professional and caring. She really takes the time to listen to her clients, and her warm demeanor makes the experience even more enjoyable. I’m particularly impressed with her expertise; she has extensive knowledge of different products and understands the nuances of neurotoxin and filler placement. I’m already planning my next visit for lip fillers and to smooth out the bridge of my nose with a filler. I'm always a little nervous trying a new person for fillers and Botox but I'm really glad I did. First, Maps stuggled to get me to the right side of the complex as the second turn-in looks like its going into an apartment parking lot. The bottom side, where Maps seems to be taking you, has salons, a quick mart etc. and the top side has a turn-in right before an apartment complex and right after the busier looking lot visible from the main street. This brings you to the upper parking lot where Aura is (like 4 doors down on the left). Jen was friendly and there was no wait for my appointment. I had filler in cheeks, lips and Botox in forehead, services I've had many times before and I dread because its usually very painful. The numbing cream used was phenomenal and lasted much longer than normal for me. My body processes the injectable numbing agents in like 20-30 min, and usually if a place offers that I spend an hour trying to get numb enough and it usually wears off before the procedure even begins. 3 hours after my appointment with Jen and my face still tingles numb. My cheeks were barely even "uncomfortable" to have done, I could hardly feel it. Often I have tears rolling down my face when filling the lips but there were only 2 moments where I felt a pinch with Jen. So far results are great, a little bruising but thats normal for me. I'll take bruising over pain any day! Definitely recommend! ~ Jennifer B
